Headquarters Coworking Introduces Campus Expansion in Kissimmee
Kissimmee, FL (September 2019) – After less than a year of great success, Headquarters Coworking announces an expansion of their current property, adding the Monument Building (22 West Monument Avenue) to its list of already popular shared and private office space. This addition will ultimately create the perfect entrepreneurial campus, ideal for startups and tech companies right in Downtown Kissimmee. This will allow Headquarters Coworking to now serve up to 60 companies from all different industries in the Central Florida area, with membership price points starting at $100 per month for shared space and from $400 to $950 per office suite for private office space.
The idea for the expansion was born in partnership with Ackley Florida Property Management, involving Founder Rajia Ackley and Vice President Kristen Ackley who wanted to take what many Kissimmee natives know as the federal post office and transform it into a trendy, high-tech coworking space. Community is paramount to Headquarters’ DNA, and this expansion and partnership allow for the continued growth of the Osceola County small business climate, coached by partners who have grown their business locally and globally.
We already have seen quick success in our current space, but so many times we’ve missed the opportunity to help more companies because we didn’t have any private office space. When I got the call from Rajia Ackley to explore expanding into her building, I instantly knew it was going to work. We can now work with a single-person, part-time company just starting out and help them scale to a multi-person team ready to grow into a private office (or two!). It’s going to be magical, says Kelly Trace, entrepreneur in residence and founder of Headquarters Coworking.
Aside from being steps away from close to 30 restaurants and coffee shops, the campus is close to City and County government buildings, the Downtown Kissimmee SunRail station, small business development organizations and green spaces like Kissimmee Lakefront Park.
Headquarters Coworking is focused on empowering entrepreneurs to start and grow their companies. Through providing strategic partnerships, one-on-one training and consulting, and opportunities to collaborate with local, seasoned entrepreneurs, Headquarters Coworking brings startups to the next level.
