You can find the Headquarters Coworking Campus on the corners of Stewart and Monument Avenue flanking Church Street in Historic Downtown Kissimmee.
The original building was built and designed by W.B. Harris and was the previous home to the Kissimmee Valley Gazette, our town newspaper that still exists today. We renamed the building Headquarters in 2018 because of the sheer number of great companies that have been headquartered in this building, including Kissimmee Police and Fire in the 1940s, and the many more that will be in the future. The HQ building was completely renovated in 2006 with modern upgrades while maintaining its historic charm by its previous owners, Bill & Kathy Groover, and Joe Jordan who built Jordan Norris Printing and operated it for nearly 40 years.
In Summer 2019, Headquarters Coworking Campus expanded, adding The Monument Building, lovingly dubbed HQ2. It was the original Kissimmee post office, built with federal funds in the early 1900s, and has a basement (so cool for Florida!). Equipped with private offices and shared common spaces, this is the location for small businesses in tech in Central Florida to scale up.
Both buildings are equipped with high-speed internet and lend themselves well to collaboration. The Headquarters Coworking Campus is just steps away from local coffee shops and lunch spots, as well as Kissimmee City Hall, the Osceola County Courthouse and the Kissimmee Police Department.
